If I download a new one from there, still the same issue. Fonts from other websites have the same issue. Here is what i've tried so far Re-enable, no luck. Tried to convert font to every type I could find.
Does anyone else have any other ideas? The fonts are key to the business. I've fixed the issue with a reset of Windows I used the built in option to do this. The fonts installed without a problem then.
They did. Then I tried a virtual windows 10 on the Surface, this also worked. So I knew then a reset would work. Another note: The customer rung Microsoft for help and advice.
They remoted onto the Surface, tried to install the fonts etc. Then told her the fonts weren't compatible with Windows 10 and that she needed to get new fonts from Dafont. So they were no use. Have you tried it on another windows 10 device, I can't see it being a hardware issues on the SP4, sending it back wont resolve the issue, if its anything its software issue.
